Returns Made Simple

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All returns are processed through our authorised returns portal to ensure items are securely routed and tracked throughout the returns process.

How to start a return

  • Returns must be initiated via our Returns Portal within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Once approved, a prepaid Royal Mail return label will be generated automatically.
  • Customers may either:Book a Royal Mail collection from their address, orDrop off the parcel at any Royal Mail Post Office or authorised drop-off location.

Return handling

  • All return labels are directly linked to our secure fulfilment centre to ensure accurate processing and tracking.
  • Our registered office address is for administrative purposes only and cannot accept returns or customer deliveries.
  • Returns sent outside of the authorised returns portal may not be processed.
  • A £4 return label fee will be deducted from your refund once the return has been completed.

Shipping responsibility & insurance

  • You are responsible for the item until it safely reaches our returns facility.
  • Please retain proof of postage until your return has been processed.
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 includes compensation for lost parcels up to £150.

Packaging requirements

  • Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage in transit.
  • Returns should be sent in the original packaging where possible, or in a suitable protective mailing bag or box.
