Items can be returned within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or gift voucher, as long as they are in their original, unworn condition with tags and packaging intact.

Use our Royal Mail returns portal to start your return. A £4 return label fee will be deducted from your refund once processed.

You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please retain proof of postage.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 includes compensation for lost parcels up to £150.

For items requiring higher insurance, we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery, which must be arranged at your own cost.

Please ensure your return is securely packaged — either in its original packaging or in a suitable mailing bag.
