Product is nice but box has a lot of marks and looks uses, the belt has some marks on it too

The dispatch of the earrings was so late that I had to buy an alternative gift for the intended recipient. They also arrived without any labels or certificate of authenticity.
Having first checked that it was ok to return them, they have been delivered but sadly I have yet to receive the promised refund and to date have had no response to my emails.
