Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 August 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms of Service (the Terms) apply when you visit suppliedfashion.com (the Website), create an account, place an order, or otherwise use the products, content, features and services we make available through the Website (together, the Services).

The Website is operated by Supplied Fashion Limited, trading as Supplied Fashion (we, us or our). We are a company registered in England and Wales under company number 12818478. Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA, United Kingdom, and our VAT number is GB 467 5855 38.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy, Returns and Refund Policy and any other policies displayed on the Website.

Nothing in these Terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be responsible for the order.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for keeping your account details and password secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please contact us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe it has been used fraudulently, unlawfully or in breach of these Terms.

3. Products and authenticity

We sell clothing, footwear, accessories and related fashion products, including products sourced from authorised retailers, distributors, outlet channels and other reputable suppliers. We also clearly identify products as pre-owned where applicable.

We take reasonable care to ensure that products offered for sale are authentic and accurately described. Product photographs, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting, photography and the screen or device you use. Packaging may also vary where brands update or replace it.

Any condition notes, signs of wear or material imperfections relating to a pre-owned product will be described or shown on the relevant product page where reasonably possible. Reasonable signs of previous use that have been disclosed are not faults.

All products are subject to availability. We may withdraw, replace or limit the quantity of a product at any time before accepting an order.

4. Prices and promotions

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges and any other applicable charges will be shown before you submit your order.

For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, the recipient may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs charges or handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included unless expressly stated at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but a price change will not affect an order we have already accepted. Promotional codes, discounts and offers may be subject to separate conditions, expiry dates, exclusions and availability. Unless stated otherwise, promotional offers cannot be combined.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to an error, we may reject or cancel the order and refund any amount paid. Where practical, we will give you the opportunity to purchase the product at the correct price.

5. Placing and accepting orders

When you submit an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your basket. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.

A contract between you and us is formed when we send you confirmation that your order has been dispatched, unless we expressly confirm acceptance earlier. Each dispatched item may form a separate contract where an order is fulfilled in more than one shipment.

We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where, for example:

  • a product is unavailable;

  • payment cannot be authorised;

  • the price or product information contains an obvious error;

  • delivery restrictions apply;

  • we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, unauthorised resale or other unlawful activity; or

  • you have breached these Terms.

If we cancel an order after taking payment, we will refund the amount paid for the cancelled item or order to the original payment method.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. If you wish to cancel or change an order, contact us promptly. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once processing has begun, but your statutory cancellation and return rights remain unaffected.

6. Payment

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected and that the information supplied is accurate.

Payment may be taken when you place the order or when the order is accepted, depending on the payment provider. Some payment methods are provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for a third-party payment provider's independent services, except where the law provides otherwise.

We may carry out payment, identity and fraud-prevention checks before accepting or dispatching an order.

7. Delivery

Delivery options, charges and estimated times are shown at checkout. Delivery dates and times are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

We are responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you, or to a person or safe place you have nominated. If you arrange for a carrier that was not offered by us, responsibility may pass to you when the goods are handed to that carrier, as permitted by law.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If a parcel is returned to us because the address supplied was incorrect or incomplete, or because delivery was not accepted or collected, we may charge the reasonable cost of redelivery where permitted by law.

If delivery is materially delayed, lost or damaged, please contact us so that we can investigate and provide the remedy required by law.

8. Cancellation, returns and refunds

Our return process, eligibility requirements, return postage arrangements and refund timings are explained in our Returns and Refund Policy. That policy forms part of these Terms.

For most online purchases, UK consumers have a legal right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods and then a further 14 days to return them. We additionally offer a 30-day return period, subject to the conditions in our Returns and Refund Policy.

You may handle goods only as you would reasonably do in a shop to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Where permitted by law, we may reduce a refund to reflect a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary.

Certain products may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation or return where the law permits, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, personalised products, and other stated exceptions. This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, misdescribed or not as ordered.

9. Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods

We are under a legal duty to supply goods that conform to the contract. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any purpose made known to us where applicable.

If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, misdescribed or otherwise does not conform to the contract, contact us as soon as reasonably possible. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to reject the goods, receive a repair or replacement, obtain a price reduction, or receive a refund.

Your rights in relation to faulty goods are separate from, and are not limited by, our voluntary 30-day return period.

10. Website information and availability

We take reasonable care to keep Website information accurate and current. However, product descriptions, stock information, prices, promotions, delivery estimates and other content may occasionally contain errors or omissions. We may correct or update information at any time.

We do not guarantee that the Website or any feature will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of the Website for maintenance, security, operational or business reasons.

11. Acceptable use

You must use the Services only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • misuse the Website, introduce malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data;

  • interfere with the Website's security, operation or other users;

  • use the Services to commit fraud, infringe another person's rights, harass others or transmit unlawful material;

  • impersonate another person or provide false or misleading information;

  • scrape, copy or extract Website content or data using automated tools where prohibited by law or without our written permission; or

  • reproduce, resell or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our written permission.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe this section has been breached.

12. Intellectual property

The Website and its content—including our branding, logos, graphics, photographs, videos, text, layouts and software—are owned by or licensed to Supplied Fashion Limited and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may access and use the Website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes. You must not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, license or commercially exploit Website content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party brand names, trademarks and product imagery belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Website does not transfer any rights to you.

13. Reviews and other content you submit

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is accurate, lawful and does not infringe another person's rights.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish and display that content for operating, improving and promoting our business and Services. This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to us.

Where a review was incentivised, you must disclose the incentive. We may moderate or remove submitted content where we reasonably believe it is unlawful, misleading, offensive, irrelevant or in breach of these Terms. We do not guarantee that every submission will be published.

14. Third-party services and links

The Website is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, delivery, reviews, analytics and other functions. Your use of a third party's separate service may be governed by that party's terms and privacy notice.

Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We do not control or endorse those websites and are not responsible for their content, security or independent practices. This does not exclude any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Purchases made through our Website are made from Supplied Fashion Limited, not Shopify. Shopify is not the seller of our products and is not responsible for fulfilling your order.

15. Privacy and cookies

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Website may also use cookies and similar technologies as explained in our Cookie Policy or cookie notice.

Because Shopify hosts the Website, Shopify and other service providers may process information required to operate and improve the Services. Their processing is described in the relevant privacy notices.

16. Our responsibility to you

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory consumer rights.

If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our breach or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen or if, when the contract was formed, both you and we knew it might happen.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, for events outside our reasonable control, or for business losses where you are acting as a consumer. We supply products for private use unless otherwise agreed. If you use products for commercial, business or resale purposes, we are not responsible for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity, to the extent permitted by law.

17. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, failure of utilities or communications networks, natural disasters, government action or widespread service outages.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such an event. If it creates a substantial delay, you may have the right to cancel the affected order and receive a refund for goods not supplied.

18. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Website at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms, use the Services unlawfully or create a security risk.

Termination does not affect rights and obligations that arose before termination. Provisions that are intended by their nature to continue—including those relating to intellectual property, liability and governing law—will remain in effect.

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our Services, business practices or legal obligations. The latest version will be posted on this page with the date it was last updated.

Changes will apply from the stated effective date and will not normally alter the terms of an order already accepted. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of material changes.

20. General legal terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

If we delay enforcing a right, that does not waive the right. These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them form the agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Services and purchases through the Website.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations to another organisation, but this will not reduce your rights or materially disadvantage you.

No person other than you and us has any right to enforce these Terms, except where the law expressly provides otherwise.

21. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and any contract between you and us are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections available under the law where you live and may generally bring proceedings in the courts of that part of the United Kingdom. Otherwise, the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction.

Please contact us first if you have a complaint so that we can try to resolve it directly.
