Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging

- Items not in original condition or packaging
How to Return
- Start your return using our Royal Mail Returns Portal
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Drop off your parcel at your nearest Royal Mail location
- Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 10 business days
EU Customers
If you are based in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt under the EU cooling-off period, without giving any reason.
