Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, including sale items.
Before Returning
Items must be unused, unworn and in their original condition, with all tags and packaging included. Gift cards cannot be returned.
How to Return
- Start your return through our Royal Mail Returns Portal.
- Generate your label or QR code.
- Pack your item securely and return it through Royal Mail.
- Keep your proof of postage until your refund is complete.
A £4 return-label fee will be deducted from your refund.

Returns must be sent using Royal Mail. Other couriers may be unable to deliver to our PO Box.
Our standard return service provides compensation cover up to £150. For returns worth more than £150, we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery with sufficient compensation cover at your own cost.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
